INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 cups of water

  • 1 cup of falsay (grevia asiatica)

  • 1/2 cup sugar or 2 sachets of stevia

  • Black Salt to taste

  • Ice very little if required

METHOD for Falsa Squash 

  1. Put falsay and water in a blender to blend well.

  2. Sieve juice in a jag or pot & discard the seeds; add salt, stevia sweetner or red syrup and ice.

  3. Mix it well to chill.

  4. Pour in glass and serve.

SUGGESTIONS

You may add few sips of aloe-vera juice with fiber to enhance taste & benefit.

Add stevia instead of sugar & red syrup if you are a weight watcher.

Add little water in residue seeds & blend once & squeeze maximum pulp from fruit.
