Wake up with few sips of water then practice┬аDeep Breathing

Then chew a Babool or Neem twig & engulf that saliva.
After that gentally massage your teeth with manjan / Herbal tooth powder mixed with mustard oil for 5 min
& left your mouth loose for 2-3 min

1 Apple & ┬╜ cup of Pomegranate having rock salt & black pepper sprinkled.
Or
Red syrup : 1┬аcup cool sharbat having stevia, lemon juice, beet root juice, tomato juice, mint & water
After 20 min of that take 1 Glass Namkeen Lassi (optional)

Vegetable Masala Oats
OR another option of Lunch : Rice With Soupy Moong Dal
Or
2 chapattis with any seasonal vegetable & curd raita
You also may take lemony potato chaat instead of curd.
Or
Rajma Rice with ginger salad

10 min after Lunch : 1 cup Takr**
After 40-90 min of that 1 pomegranate (Optional)
After 70-90 min of Lunch┬аdrink water in sip sip pattern

In Evening:-
1 Coconut water
Or
2-3 spoon Amla Aloe-vera Juice
Or
Strawberry or Grapes smoothie
