A healthy diet can help protect against colon disorders

Just as diet can have a positive or negative impact on heart, brain and bone health, your colon’s overall health can be affected by what you eat.

The colon is a crucial part of the digestive system, and many different conditions can cause it to work improperly. Some of these include inflammatory bowel diseases, such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease; diverticular disease; irritable bowel syndrome; and colorectal cancer.

Treatment for these conditions includes diet and lifestyle modifications & medications

The key to deal with intestines┬аis to feed your body with essential nutrient┬а and

avoid the ones that wonтАЩt aggravate your digestive system.

Wake up with few sips of water then practice┬аDeep Breathing

(100 times Simple Inhale exhale)

Then chew a Babool or Neem twig & engulf that saliva.

After that gentally massage your teeth with manjan / Herbal tooth powder mixed with mustard oil for 5 min
& left your mouth loose for 2-3 min

┬аNow take 1 spoon of Bilwadi churan* with water┬а

After 40 min of thatтАж take your breakfast

Breakfast:-

Multigrain Chillah

Or

Oats having vegetables

Or

Flattened Rice Poha / upma

Or

Gobhi ka parantha with curd

After 1 Hour Of breakfast : Take 4 soon of Kutjarist***

After 70-90 min of breakfast drink water as desired┬аin sip sip pattern

Mid Morning Snack:-

1 Glass of water of wheat****

Around 12:30 тАУ 1:00 pm :-

1 Apple & ┬╜ cup of Pomegranate having rock salt & black pepper sprinkled.

Or

Red syrup : 1┬аcup cool sharbat having stevia, lemon juice, beet root juice, tomato juice, mint & water

After 20 min of that take 1 Glass Namkeen Lassi (optional)

┬аLunch :-

Vegetable Masala Oats
OR another option of Lunch : Rice With Soupy Moong Dal

Or

2 chapattis with any seasonal vegetable & curd raita

You also may take lemony potato chaat instead of curd.

Or

Rajma Rice with ginger salad

10 min after Lunch : 1 cup Takr**

After 40-90 min of that 1 pomegranate (Optional)

After 70-90 min of Lunch┬аdrink water in sip sip pattern

In Evening:-

1 Coconut water

Or

2-3 spoon Amla Aloe-vera Juice

Or

Strawberry or Grapes smoothie

30 min Before dinner 1 spoon of Bilwadi Churan*

┬а ┬а ┬а ┬а Dinner : –

Vegetable poha┬а

Or

Oats having Vegetables

Or

Roti Noodles

After 1 Hour of Dinner:- Take 4 soon of Kutjarist***

For Best Results : Smile whole day &┬аstay motivated

┬аDrink Water whole day morning to sunset in sitting posture

  1. * Bilwadi Churan is a powder of Bael Fruit(Aegle marmelos) commonly available at ayurvedic Store. ┬а2. ** Takr is Curd blended with water having roasted cumin, blackpepper & rock salt. ┬а3. ***Kutjarist is an ayurvedic syrup commonly available at ayurvedic Stores. ┬а4. **** Water of wheat means steep 100gms of wheat grains in water overnight to make infusion┬а& Drink that water.
