Bloated stomach is uncomfortable. Your tummy hurts, you feel immobilized, and your clothes don’t fit the way they should. We’re going to cover what causes bloated stomach and how you can prevent it from rearing its ugly presence on your special day!

What makes bloated stomach?

Bloating is the result of gas and/or water retention in your body. There are several ways in which this can happen. Here are some examples:
  • Intake of gas producing foods and drinks.
  • Beans, apples, broccoli, pears, cabbage, cauliflower, peaches, brussles, sprouts, “sugar-free” foods and sugar substitutes (due to the sugar alcohols), soda and sparkling water, alcohol, and fried foods.
  • High sodium intake – can cause water retention, and in turn, bloating. Foods like canned vegetables, crackers, cured meats, and processed foods will likely contribute to bloating.
  • Stress – chemicals released during bouts of stress can negatively affect digestion. Additionally, quickened breathing patterns can cause one to swallow more air than usual, resulting in trapped gas.
  • Smoking – smokers inhale extra air every time they light up. Similar to quickened breathing patterns caused by stress, taking in extra air into the stomach and throat can cause air to be trapped in the digestive system.
  • Digestive disease/problems – when the digestive system itself is compromised, bloating can be one of many side effects. Diseases like Celiac’s Disease (gluten intolerance), lactose intolerance and IBS can make things rather uncomfortable for people.
  • Hormone/chemical changes – the body is a fine-tuned machine. Changes in chemical and hormonal levels (e.g. due to menstruation, supplement and medication intake) can cause bloating

Diet plan for stomach bloating

Let’s Start

Wake up with few sips of water then practice Deep Breathing
(100 times Simple Inhale exhale)
Then chew a Babool or Neem twig & engulf that saliva.
After that gentally massage your teeth with manjan / Herbal tooth powder mixed with mustard oil for 5 min
& left your mouth loose for 2-3 min

 

 Now take 1 cup of infustion of Amaltas

 

After 40 min of that… take your breakfast

Breakfast:-

Oats having vegetables

Sometimes you may add cherry & coconut instead vegetables in oats

Or

Flattened Rice Poha / upma 

Or

Fruit Yogurt

fresh curd having fruits e.g. a handful of grapes, pomegranate, pineapple etc

After 15 min of Breakfast : 1 cup Takr*

Do not take takr* if you already have taken curd in breakfast

After 1 Hour Of breakfast :

1 bowl Papaya

having lemon & black pepper sprinkled

After 70-90 min of breakfast drink water as desired in sip sip pattern

Mid Morning Snack:-

1 Glass of water of wheat****

Around 12:30 – 1:00 pm :-

1 Apple & ½ cup of Pomegranate

having rock salt & black pepper sprinkled.

Or

Mix Bowl of salad

low salt, lemony salad having black pepper sprinkled

Or

1 large piece of watermelon

After 30 min of that take 1 Glass Namkeen Lassi

(optional if you have not taken after breakfast)

Lunch :-

Boiled chickpea

a cup of boiled black gram having salad

Or

2 Tandoori Roti

having cows ghee garnished

with any seasonal vegetable like tinda, pumpkin or brinjal, okra etc.

Or

Another option of Lunch :-

Rice With Soupy Moong Dal

10 min after Lunch : 1 cup Takr*

 

After 70-90 min of Lunch drink water  in sip sip pattern

2 hours of that 1 pomegranate (Optional)

 

In evening:-

1 Coconut water

Or

1/2 cup of  Aloe-vera Juice

Or

1 tbsp. Chia seeds

20 min soaked in water

30 min Before Dinner :-

1 cup infustion of amaltas fruit

Dinner : –

Vegetable poha

Or

Oats Having Vegetables

Or

Zucchini and tomato fennel soup

After 30 min of dinner :-

A cup of warm water

 Note :- 1. * Takr is Curd blended with water having roasted cumin, long pepper, blackpepper & rock salt.
2. ** Water of wheat means steep 100 gm of wheat grains in water overnight to make infusion & Drink that water.
Hpe you will not have bloated stomach.
For Best Results : Keep smiling whole Day.
Drink Water whole day morning to sunset in sitting posture
Follow this Diet Pattern at least 6 days..
