Obese Pro Diet

A diet consisting of a variety of different types of food and providing adequate amounts of the nutrients necessary for good health.

Opting for a balanced, adequate and varied diet is an important step towards a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Vitamins and minerals in the diet are vital to boost immunity and healthy development,

A healthy diet can protect the human body against certain types of diseases, in particular noncommunicable diseases such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, some types of cancer and skeletal conditions.

Healthy diets can also contribute to an adequate body weight.

Healthy eating is a good opportunity to enrich life by experimenting with different foods from different cultures, origins and with different ways to prepare food.

The benefits of eating a wide variety of foods are also emotional, as variety and colour are important ingredients of a balance diet.

Let’s start

Wake up with a Glass of Lukewarm water

& walk for a min, then go for fresh…

Eliminate :- Empty the bladder and the bowels.

Brush Your Teeth & scrape your tongue.

Practice Deep breathing 100 times

Exercise minimum 40 min everyday to increase your metabolic rate. 

After 10-15 min of exercise


Now ! its time for

Morning Refreshment :-


Rejuvinator Juice

i.e. ½ cup of aloevera juice + ½ cup of bottle gourd juice +

4 spoon Amla juice + 5-6 leaves tulsi + 5-6 leaves of Fresh mint

along with a pinch of black pepper sprinkled in lukewarm water & start your day peacefully

Now Massage your Body With Papaya, lemon & Tomato pulp

Or sometimes you may massage your body with olive oil

Massage is mandatory


After 15 min of massage take bath…with normal water.

Go for bathing, Meditate & chant…

Add Rose petals in Bathing water


Now ! its time for

Breakfast :-

Choose one each day


2 Oats chillah

with any seasonal vegetable & little tomato salad 

along with 1 tsp of flax seeds roasted

& spinach leaves & capsicum in batter


Banana Smoothie 

Strawberry or spinach flavour

with 2-3 fresh dates, 1/2 walnut & 5 almonds

Everyday after 40 min of Breakfast : Take 100 ml Turmeric Tea

Turmeric tea summer   Turmeric Tea winter 

After 90 min of breakfast Drink water a lot


Mid Day Refreshment / Energy-boosting snacks :-

Take both one after other 

Moreover you may interchange these two snacks according to your hunger

A bowl of mix fruits

It’s just an idea ! a cup of sharda / strawberries / 5-6 loquat fruit 

+ little papaya + 1 kiwi + 1 tsp of soaked fenugreek seeds having lemon, rock salt & black pepper sprinkled.

Sprinkle Salt on fruits in trace amount on fruits.


After 1 hour of Fruits Drink little water

After a gap of 80-90 min take

Nimbu pani


Before Lunch :-

A small plate of tomato cucumber salad

having 2-3 slices of onion with salad dressing

Lunch :-

Choose one a day

All these lunches take no more than a few minutes to prepare


Colorful Oats Pualo

colorful means having multi vegetable & 50 gm of tofu in it

you may take curd instead of tofu (choose any one)

all vegetables are allowed but choose any one of these two potato & green pea


Jeera Rice with curd

you may add tofu in it instead of curd (choose any one)

all vegetables are allowed but choose any one of two (potato / green pea)

add dry a pinch of mint leaves, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, 1/4 tsp of roasted cumin & black salt in curd.


Daal Rice

Plain Rice having 1 tsp. of soked brown rice in it with a cup of daal.

in daal add lauki, spinach or zucchini, that very easy to digest & will help to fill your tummy for long.


Everyday after 40 min of Lunch : Take 100 ml Turmeric Tea

After Lunch :-


Buttermilk (chhach)

2-3 spoon blende in a cup of water

having black pepper, thyme powder & roasted cumin etc.

Don’t take buttermilk if you already taken curd in lunch.

Evening 3-5 pm:


1 Cup Lemon infused lukewarm water

once or twice (in sip-sip pattern)

Sunset Refreshment :-

Chia seeds

1 tablespoon of chia seeds soaked 20 min in water.

with a cup of pulpy aloevera juice


Dinner :-


Vegan cutter soup

Everyday after 40 min of Lunch : Take 100 ml Turmeric Tea

Turmeric tea summer   Turmeric Tea winter 

If you are going to skip dinner then take this tea in half quantity ; 50 ml otherwise 100ml


At Night :-


Take a glass of Lukewarm Milk

having mild Stevia sweetner.

For Best Results : Keep smiling whole day…

Drink Water whole day morning to sunset in sitting posture

Use spices, fruits & Veges according to season & nature of your body & prefer rock salt in your diet

follow this plan at least 6 days.
