& walk for a min, then again a glass of water
NOW ! Go for fresh…
Eliminate :- Empty the bladder and the bowels.
Brush Your Teeth & scrape your tongue.
Practice Deep breathing 100 times

Exercise minimum 10 min everyday to increase your metabolic rate
After 10-15 min of exercise
Morning Refreshment :-
(A)
Apple with carrot
with or without salt
you may add black pepper to enhance taste as you like
Or
(B)
A Bowl of lemony Papaya
having only a pinch cinnamon & black pepper sprinkled
you may add a handful of grapes, 1/2 apple, 1/2 orange & spinach leaves as you like
Breakfast:

Heathy Masala Vegetable Oats
Or
(B)
Besan Chilla
with lemon coriander chutney
Or
(A) & (B)
Cheese Prantha
brushed with little olive oil
with Tulsi tea after 10 min
Note :- Everyday 30 min after breakfast take Turmeric tea
Mid Day Refreshment :

Lunch :

2 Oats Masala Thepla with curd

2 full bran chapattis with any seasonal vegetable or dal

A cup of cows milk boiled in iron utensil
prefer cows milk
having 1 tsp. of almond oil / Baadaam roghan
follow This plan at least 6 days.
