Wake up with a Glass of water

& walk for a min, then again a glass of water

NOW ! Go for fresh…

Eliminate :- Empty the bladder and the bowels.

Brush Your Teeth & scrape your tongue.

 

Practice Deep breathing 100 times

Exercise minimum 10 min everyday to increase your metabolic rate

After 10-15 min of exercise

 

Morning Refreshment :-

(A)

Pineapple Juice

200 ml with or without salt as you like

you may add 1-2 blended strawberries to enhance taste.

Or

(B)

1 Banana 

having only a pinch cinnamon & black pepper sprinkled

 

 

 

 

 

Breakfast:

(A)

Heathy Masala Vegetable Oats

Or

(B)

Besan Khaman Dhokla

with lemon coriander soup

2-3 pcs. of Dhokla having curry leaves with chutney

Or

(A) & (B)

Ragi Dosa with sambhar

Note :- Everyday 30 min after breakfast take Turmeric tea

 

Mid Day Refreshment :

(A) & (B)

Coconut water

Or

(A) & (B)

A Bowl of Fruits

Choose any one of two according to your hunger

 

30 min before Lunch :

(A) & (B)

A bowl of mix salad

 

Lunch :

(B)

2 Oats Masala Thepla with curd

Or

(A) & (B)

Multigrain Dalia

 

Note :- Everyday 30 min after lunch take Turmeric tea

 

After Lunch :

(A) & (B)

Buttermilk

20 min after lunch

diluted & blended curd having water, hing, jeera kalimirch etc.

 

 

Evening Refreshment:

(A) & (B)

Apple

with 1 tsp. sesame seeds soaked

Or

(A) & (B)

Tomato Lauki soup

Or

(A) & (B)

Multi vegetable Soup

 

 

Dinner :

(A)

Patanjali Noodles

full of vegitables

Or

(A) & (B)

1-2 full bran chapattis with seasonal vegetable

with or without tofu (50 gm tofu)

Note :- Everyday 3 min after dinner take Turmeric tea

 

 

 

 

 

 At Night :

(A) & (B)

Milk

A cup of cows milk boiled in iron utensil

prefer cows milk

having 1 tsp. of almond oil / Baadaam roghan

 

 

follow This plan at least 5-6 days.

For Best Results : Keep smiling whole day…

Minimum 20 min walk after dinner is advised
