Foods that fight fat

Losing weight—and keeping the weight off—isn’t a quick or easy process, but this simple & easy diet plan can be a big help along the way. Our favorites? Eating lots of protein, fiber, and healthy carbs, which boost your metabolism and keep you feeling full all day long.

If you’re not sure how to work these calorie-burning ingredients into your daily menu, start with these recipes. They all include at least one weight-loss super food, and, best of all, they can be made in 30 minutes or less!

 

 

 

Wake up with a Glass of water

& walk for a min, then again a glass of water

NOW ! Go for fresh…

Eliminate :- Empty the bladder and the bowels.

Brush Your Teeth & scrape your tongue.

 

Practice Yoga, Meditation & Exercise
before or after bathing

 

Start up Drink :-

Regularly

Amla powder Tea / Decoction

soak 1 spoon of amla powder in a glass of water overnight

& boil to make decoction, when 1/3th is left, take it lukewarm

 

 

 

Breakfast:

Day 1

A medium bowl of milk

having 1-2 handful of corn flakes or muesli

Day 2

A Bowl of Corn Soup

having corns in it

flavoured with red & yellow bell peppers

Day 3

Rajma Rice

with lemony celery beetroot lemony salad

Day 4

Patanjali wheat Noodles

full of multi-vegetables

 

 

 

40 min after Breakfast :

choose any one of two at one time

(A)

A cup of plain tea

having ginger in it

Or

(B)

Lemony ginger tea

 

 

 

Mid Day Refreshment :

Day 1

Coconut water

 5 almonds, 1/2 walnut,

1 fig & 1/2 tsp of sesame seeds (soaked)

Day 2

Soy Milk

having blend of green cardamom or strawberries

Day 3

Apple with a handful of grapes & pomegranates

Day 4

Carrot orange juice

having ginger black pepper & rock salt etc.

 

 

 

 

Before Lunch :

Regularly

A Bowl of Colourful Mix Salad

having a handful of grapes

Or

Lemony beetroot cabbage salad

 

 

 

Lunch :

2 Oat mix Chapatti

with any seasonal vegetable & cows ghee

sometimes you may take dal instead of vegetable

 

Or

A huge Bowl of Lemony Corn Soup

with or without tomatoes & vegetables in it

 

 

 

 

After Lunch :

Regularly

Buttermilk

having hing, jeera kalimirch etc.

 

 

 

 

Evening Catalyst:

Regularly

A cup of spices stock / kehwa

 

 

 

 

Before Dinner :

Regularly

Tomato Salad

 

 

 

Dinner :

Day 1

Multi vegetable Fried Rice

Day 2

Mix vegetable Vermicelli

Day 3

 Tomato Mushroom Soup having tofu

 

 Day 4

Moong Dal Khichhadi with lemon pickle

Or 

An Apple &  Milk after 30-40 min of apple

 Or

Lauki mattar & 1 chapatti

 

 

 

 At Night :

Regularly

Milk

A cup of cows milk boiled in iron utensil

having 1 tsp. of almond oil / Baadaam roghan

 

 

 

Drink water whole day in sitting posture.

Follow This plan at least 6-8 days.
