Yogic Soupy Pro Diet – Vol 01 – Series 03

Wake up with a Glass of water

& walk for a min, then again a glass of water

NOW ! Go for fresh…

Eliminate :- Empty the bladder and the bowels.

Brush Your Teeth & scrape your tongue.

 

Start up Drink :-

Detox Tea

boiled decoction of cumin, coriander & fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp. each

 

30 min before Breakfast :

Pineapple Curd

having soaked chia seeds

 Or

 Papaya

with apple & pomegranates

having lemon & chaat masala sprinkled

 

Breakfast:

Besan Idly

with lemon coriander soup

3-4 Idly having red / yellow capsicums, tomato & green pea mixed/stuffed

 Or

Grilled Vege Cheese

brushed with little olive oil before grilling

with Tomato ginger Soup & 1 medium plate Poha

Or

Lauki bell pepper soup

with Rice Biryani

you may take any type of oats formulation instead rice

 

 

40 min after Breakfast :

A cup of plain tea

Or

Tulsi tea

 

 

Mid Day Refreshment :

Coconut water

with or without malaai

moreover 5 soaked almonds with coconut water

Or

Orange Carrot juice

With 1 tsp. of roasted flax seeds

 

 

30 min before Lunch :

Hot lemonade / shikannji

Or

Lemony beetroot cabbage salad

With salad dressings

 

 

Lunch :

Tomato soup with vegetable rice pulao

Or

Curd lauki raita with Namkeen gujrati oats Thepla

1 to 2 zero oil thepla

Or

A huge Bowl of Lemony Corn soup

with or without tomatoes & vegetables in it

Or

Tofu jeera soup

having ground spices, bay leaves & curry leaves

with vegetable brown rice

 

 

After Lunch :

Buttermilk

having hing, jeera kalimirch etc.

 

 

 

Evening Refreshment:

Apple

with 1 tsp. sesame seeds soaked

Or

A handful of pumkin seeds with tomato soup

Or

Khatta Meetha lemony pumpkin Soup

With or without spinach leaves

Or

Daal soup

having lauki & spinach

 

 

Dinner :

A bowl of Broccoili boiled

with 1 Chapatti optional

Broccoili can be flavoured with tomato puree

Or

Milk

Or

Dal rice with broccoili dry

 

 

 

At Night :

Milk

A cup of cows milk boiled in iron utensil

having 1 tsp. of almond oil / Baadaam roghan

 

 

follow This plan at least 5-6 days.

For Best Results : Keep smiling whole day…
