Healthier Ways to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth
Wishing everyone a healthy, happy & safe holi. as much as i love colours, i also like the festival of holi with everyone celebrating & sharing the warmth, joy love & happiness.
Holi is one festival in which people celebrate together without bringing the caste, color or status in mind.
Holi is a festival of colors, celebrated all around in India in different forms but with the same intensity of joy, togetherness & love. This year holi festival is falling on 13th of march, 2017 Monday.
Here are Holi special Healthy diet plan with recipes from my website that are usually made in my home during holi festival.

Let’s be honest: Anything that seriously satisfies our sweet tooth isn’t going to be the epitome of a healthy meal. Though all of these snacks contain (gasp!) sugar, we aimed to find lower-sugar options that offer something beneficial, whether it be a sneaky super food (like strawberries and grapes) or additional nutrients like fiber or protein. So here are few less guilty ways to indulge any sweet tooth.
Let’s Start…
Rise up & Drink a glass of water Copper & silver charged

Now open your window & take 100 deep breaths…

Now stretch your body two three times & go for fresh
Eliminate :- Empty the bladder and the bowels.
Brush Your Teeth & scrape your tongue.
exercise for 10-15 min & walk 10-20 min
After 10 min of exercises
Morning fuel :-
Chocolate Dipped Banana & strawberries
Or
Hot & Cold Chocolate Soy Milk
Or
Poha Laddu or Alsi / Chasku ki Pinniya
with soy milk or Thandai

Morning Meal / Breakfast :-
Besan Dhokla
without ENO

Or
Oats Idli with sambhar
Or
Multi Vegetable Rice Sevai (MTR)
with or without curd
Or
Yogic Fried Snacks
(Lauki, kaddu, paalak, green chilly, methi fried in cows ghee or mustard oil having ajwain)
Tulsi ginger tea after 30-40 min of breakfast
After 90 min of breakfast drink water a lot
Mid-Morning Snack :-
A glass of Kanji
(Indian Probiotic Drink of black carrots)

Or
A glass of Thandai
Or
Mix Fruit Salad
30 min before lunch drink a glass of water
Lunch :-
2 full bran Chapattis / Thepla
having oats flour, ginger, garlic,
roasted flax seeds & sesame seeds in it.
with Lauki ka raita + Seasonal vegetable
+ a cup of buttermilk (optional or if there is no curd in lunch)
Or
kala Chana chaat
having imli & salad
Or
If your tummy is full then take only..
A cup of aloe vera Juice
having 4 spoon of amla juice & hot water
Or
Carrot Orange juice
having mint, ginger, black pepper & rock salt etc..
Or
Pineapple Raita
having pomegranates
90 min after meal Drink water a lot
Evening 3-5 pm hot water
Optional Drinks
Hot Lemon ginger tea to digest previous meal (5-6 pm)
Or
A cup of ground spices broth to digest previous meal (5-6 pm)
Evening Snack :-
Tomato giner soup
Or
Broccoli mushroom soup
Or
Clear cauliflower soup
Or
Pumpkin mushroom soup
Dinner :-
Khicchdi
having split green moong with lemon pickle / cows ghee or paapad
Or
Tandoori gobhi
with tamarind or mint chilly chutney
Or
Whole wheat pasta
full of vegetables
Or
Rice Kheer
without dry fruits & nuts
Or
A glass of Cows milk
For Best Results : Keep smiling whole day…
Drink Water whole day morning to sunset in sitting posture.
Use spices, fruits & vegetables according to season & nature of your body.
follow This plan once 3-4 days.
