Oxygenated Yogic Diet to control Kapha Imbalance – Vol 1 – Series 3

Kapha Imbalance

such as gastric trouble, hemorrhoids, and irritable bowel syndrome, Hence helps control Kapha Imbalance.

Your lifestyle and your choice of foods can affect the way your body digests the foods you eat. Drinking water, adding fiber, and exercising all contribute to better digestive health.


Wake up & open your window & take Deep Breaths for 2 min

Then stand up & drink a glass of plain water (Copper & silver charged stale water)

then take a short walk for 1 min then 

Brush Your Teeth 

Take Lemony Ginger garlic Detox Tea

Now Practice Exercises 10 min

After 10 min of exercises

Morning Fuel:-

1 Bowl of grated Apple & Carrot

Quantity : 1 – 1 each, grated, unpeeled & without salt.

After 20-25 min of morning fuel Take Bath…with normal water.

You may take bath before Morning Fuel too, if desired.

25 min before breakfast drink a glass of fresh water

Breakfast :-

Multigrain Dalia having lauki in it.

Or you may take Missi roti with lauki mattar ki sabzi

Missi roti flour ingredients :- wheat (50%), Barley/oats (30%), Gram (20%)


2 Beasn Dosa with green chilly lemony chutney.

(stuff with chopped tomato, onion, cabbage, cucumber & coloured bell peppers)


Mid Morning:-

In Mid Morning Massage Your Body with sesame oil or coconut oil then take..

Coconut water with 4-5 almonds &

1-2 Soaked dry Figs (anjeer).

30 min before lunch drink a glass of fresh water.

Lunch :-

Plain aged Rice* with green moong  daal** Or with black gram

*add 1/2 spoon of brown rice in that while cooking (optional).

& **add lauki or paalak in daal while cooking.


A bowl of mix salad just before lunch.

use little black pepper, extra virgin olive oil & lemon on salad.


A Bowl of mix fruit with or without sprouts.

Fruit Idea :- An unpeeled apple, with a handful of grapes, strawberries, a handful of sprouts, 1 walnut & 4-5 almonds soaked with honey lemon garnished.


2 full Bran Chapatti with any Seasonal Vegetable

and tomato onion curd raita.

After Lunch:-

Take a glass of Buttermilk having rock salt & black pepper & roasted cumin etc.

After 90 min of lunch drink water.

Evening 3-5 pm:-

1 Cup Hot water once or twice (in sip-sip pattern)

Sunset Snack around 6-7 pm:-

Potato Broccoli Soup (Recipe)


Tomato Ginger Soup

having rock salt, black pepper & cows ghee.

30 min before dinner drink a glass of fresh water

Dinner :-

 Tomato salad before dinner regularly

Vegetable Rice Pulao having semi-cooked vegetables & spices


1 full Bran Chapattis with any seasonal vegetable

At Night:-

Take a glass of lukewarm Milk having mild Stevia & a pinch of dry ginger.

Before go to bed, wash your feet & rub mustard oil below your both feet for 7-10 min.

For Best Results : Keep smiling whole day…

Drink Water whole day morning to sunset in sitting posture.

Meaning of or is take any one of two, but it doesn’t mean take same meal everyday.

so repeat all options on alternate days.

Use spices, fruits & veges according to season & nature of your body.

follow This plan once at least 6 days.
