Fighting free radical & Oxidative Stress

When antioxidant levels in the body are lower than those of free radicals, due to factors like poor nutrition or lots of incoming toxins, the immune system is overloaded and aging occurs more rapidly. In order to know how to best protect yourself from health problems linked to free radical damage — and there are many — it helps to understand what types of lifestyle habits or dietary choices cause them to accumulate in the first place. As you’ll learn below, a diet rich in a variety of plant foods along with things like exercise and stress reduction help reverse the destructive oxidation process. - Ordinary Body Functions, such as breathing & digestion.
- Exposure to radiation or environmental pollutants.
- Consumption of cigarettes or tobacco, drugs & alcohol.
- Certain medications or high use of antibiotics.
- To much exercise (over training), which generates added free radicals.
- High amounts of emotional or physical Stress.
- A poor diet that includes food like unhealthy fats, too much sugar, pesticides, herbicides or synthetic additives.
Let’s start
Wake up & open your window
Take Deep Breaths for 2 min
Then stand up & drink a glass of plain water (Copper & silver charged stale water)
then take a short walk for 1 min then
Take Triphla tea
Now Brush Your Teeth
Take 5-6 Tulsi leaves (engulf with water / Do not chew)
Now Practice Exercises 10 min
After 10 min of exercises
Morning Fuel:-
A Glass of Lauki Tomato juice having amla juice,
along with black pepper, coriander leaves, rock salt & bitter Gaurd juice
quantity : 200 to 250 ml
Or
1 Cup Curd having a pinch of edible lime in it.
add shakkar or rock salt in curd as desired.
After 20-25 min of morning fuel Take Bath…with normal water.
You may take bath before curd too if desired.
25 min before breakfast drink a glass of fresh water
Breakfast :-
Multigrain Dalia having lauki in it.
Or
A bowl Fruits & Sprouts
Fruits Idea: 1. Fresh Apple unpeeled+ strawberries + Guava or papaya with sprouts
Or Fruit Idea no. 2. Papaya with pomegranate & grapes etc. with sprouts.
Mid Morning:-
Coconut water with 4-5 almonds &
1-2 Soaked dry Figs (anjeer).
30 min before lunch drink a glass of fresh water.
Lunch :-
2 Multigrain chapatti with seasonal mix vegetables.
(garnished with green coriander leaves & mint leaves)
+ A bowl of mix salad just before lunch
use little black pepper, extra virgin olive oil & lemon on salad.
Or
Plain aged Rice* with green moong daal**
*add 1/2 spoon of brown rice in that while cooking (optional).
& **add lauki or paalak in daal while cooking.
After Lunch:-
Take a glass of Buttermilk having rock salt & black pepper & roasted cumin etc.
After 90 min of lunch drink water.
Evening 3-5 pm:-
1 Cup Hot water once or twice (in sip-sip pattern)
Sunset Snack:-
Potato Soup having ground spices boiled.
Or
Aloevera Amala juice having lukewarm water.
30 min before dinner drink a glass of fresh water
Dinner :-
Vegetable Poha having semicooked vegetables & spices
cabbage tomato salad before dinner
Or
A Bowl of Mix vegetable saambar
At Night:-
Take a glass of lukewarm Milk or carrot milk dessert having mild Stevia or honey.
Before go to bed, wash your feet & rub mustard oil below your both feet for 7-10 min.
For Best Results : Keep smiling whole day…
Drink Water whole day morning to sunset in sitting posture.
Use spices, fruits & veges according to season & nature of your body.
follow This plan once at least 6 days.
