 Rejuvenation diet program According to Yoga

Regain vigor and vitality

What you eat is what you are. Eating foods that are harmful for the body leads to ailments, low energy levels, depression and can even be fatal. Following diets that are lop sided like the Atkins (which recommends only protein consumption) or the South Beach Diet only leads to temporary weight loss and almost permanent damage in terms of health and energy.

What you really need is a balanced diet that includes carbohydrates, proteins, fats as well as fiber to ensure a healthy and long life. Aging is the process that occurs when the body cells fall prey to external elements and wither off. If the body cells remain well oxygenated and healthy aging can be postponed. Certain foods can help in preventing cell degeneration.

Below is a Yogic rejuvenation diet program for anti aging that help regain vigor and vitality.


Let’s start

Wake up & Take Deep Breaths for 2 min

Then stand up & drink a glass of plain water (Copper & silver charged stale water)

then take a short walk for 1 min then again

A glass of water (this time lukewarm) – Now Go for fresh

Now Brush Your Teeth

Take 5-6 Tulsi leaves (engulf with water / Do not chew)


Tulsi Tea

Now Practice Exercises 10 min

After 10 min of exercises

1 Cup pulpy Aloevera Carrot juice (50%+50%)

Having original flavor of lemon or orange.

Now massage your head with amala or coconut oil

After 20-25 min of massage Take Bath…with normal water.

25 min before breakfast drink a glass of fresh water

Breakfast :-

2 sabudana ki roti (sago flour chapatti) with grilled cheese having vegetables.


Oats Or Besan Chillah having carrot, capsicum, lauki etc.

with green coriander chutney.

After 90 min of breakfast Drink water a lot

Mid Morning:-

Coconut water with 4-5 almonds &

1-2 Soaked dry Figs (anjeer).

30 min before lunch drink a glass of fresh water.

Lunch :-

Fruits having moong, fenugreek sprouts

(garnished with soaked sesame seeds & flax seeds)

use little rock salt, honey & lemon on salad.


 2 Multigrain Chapatti with seasonal vegetable & curd blended.


Plain aged Rice* with rongi, lobhia, moong or chana daal** (pulses)

*add 1/2 spoon of brown rice in that while cooking (optional).

& **add lauki or paalak in daal while cooking.

After Lunch:-

Take a glass of Buttermilk having rock salt & black pepper & roasted cumin etc.

After 90 min of lunch drink water.

Evening 3-5 pm:-

1 Cup Hot water once or twice (in sip-sip pattern)

Sunset Snack:-

Potato Soup


Aloevera Amala juice having lukewarm water.

30 min before dinner drink a glass of fresh water

Dinner :-

Take a glass of lukewarm Milk or carrot milk dessert having mild Stevia or honey.

Before go to bed, wash your feet & rub mustard oil below your both feet for 7-10 min.

For Best Results : Keep smiling whole day…

Drink Water whole day morning to sunset in sitting posture.

Use spices, fruits & veges according to season & nature of your body.

follow This plan once at least 6 days.
