Healthy Twist Yogic Diet

(Demo Version)

The key to deal with healthy weightloss with lot of twist & variations in diet.

Your body uses food for energy. It stores excess energy as fat. This means if you eat more food than your body needs for daily activities and cell maintenance, you’ll gain weight.

To lose weight, you need to get your body to use up these stores of fat. The most effective way to do this is to:

  • reduce the amount of calories you eat
  • increase your levels of activity.

This is why experts talk about weight loss in terms of diet and exercise.

 Let’s Start and understand Yogic Diet

Wake up with one to two glasses of water & go for fresh
After that gental massage your teeth with manjan / Herbal tooth powder mixed with mustard oil for 5 min
& left your mouth loose for 2-3 min
Then practice Deep Breathing (100 times Simple Inhale-exhale)
Now Practice anulomvilom Pranayam i.e. Alternate Breathing Technique & some other physical exercises.

 Morning Fuel:-

Now take 1 Banana with black pepper sprinkled. 

or You could take Lauki tomato or Lauki Potato juice with carrot juice having black pepper, ginger & rock salt.

After 20-40 min of that… take your breakfast

Breakfast:-
Besan Chillah having grated lauki tomato kneaded or carrot kneaded with green chilly mint lemony chutney without onion.

Or

Oats Idli with Chana dal or with curd raita

other variation of oats are also allowed.

Or

Lemony Potato salad – unpeeled (Grilled or Boiled) having salad chopped.

After 30-45 min of Breakfast : 1 cup Tulsi ginger tea or Plain tea.

After 90 min of breakfast drink water a lot in sip-sip pattern.

Mid Morning refreshment:-

1 Coconut Water

Or

4-5 almonds & 1/2 walnut soaked & peeled (chew well)

 

 Lunch:-

A Bowl of mix salad

Or

White Chana or soya dal salad Or Potato salad

Or

Green moong & fenugreek sprouts having Fruits.

After Lunch :-

1 Cup  of Salty Buttermilk having roasted cumin etc.

After 80 min of That Drink water.

Evening 3-5 pm Hot water twice

In evening:-

Rice with rajma or black moong(maah ki daal) only once each

Or

Salady Bhelpuri i.e. Salad having lemon or amla juice without sugar & rice flakes etc.

Or

Strawberry milk

        Dinner : –

Khichadi having split green moong with 1 paapad or lemon pickle.

Or

Rice Pulao having Potato, mushrooms, carrot & green pea etc.

Or

sometimes only Milk at night

otherwise milk 30 min before go to bed afterwards of khichadi or rice.

For Best Results : keep smiling whole day

 Drink Water whole day morning to sunset in sitting posture

Follow this Diet Pattern at least 7 days..
