Fasting Yogic Diet Plan

One Day Langhanam to Detox Your Body

Easiest Detox

& to increase the level of your Peace of Mind

Its Common Version & it can be followed by everyone

 

Wake up & listen your breathing noise for 2 min

Then stand up & drink a glass of Plain water (stale water)

Walk for 2 min then again

A glass of water (this time lukewarm) – Now Go for fresh

 Now Brush Your Teeth 

Take 5-6 Tulsi leaves (engulf with water / Do not chew)

Now Practice Deep Breathing 100 times & Exercises 10 min

After 10 min of exercises

Take 1 bowl blended Papaya with Black pepper & start your day peacefully

or an other option instead papaya

Take Strawberry smoothie having 1 cup water & 1/2 cup aloevera pulpy juice 

instead above two options you could take only Amla & aloe vera juice (4 spoon + 8 spoon) with equal lukewarm water

 

Now Massage your Body With Papaya, lemon & Tomato pulp

After 15 min of massage Take Bath…with normal water.

Breakfast :- Milky Sabudana kheer having Kharbuja seeds in it.

After 90 min of breakfast Drink water a lot

 

 

Afternoon Around 12 noon :- Fruits

(An Apple with Strawberries & Pomegranate

OR 1 Orange OR 2 Handful of berries)

Do not sprinkle Salt on fruits as its detox.

After 1 hour Take 1 medium cup of blended Curd having Chopped tomato onion etc.

onion is optional. You may avoid it for best results.

Sprinkle Roasted jeera & blackpepper on curd.

Chew 1 tsp. Roasted Flax seeds along with curd (optional)

After 1 hour of curd Take Tulsi Dip / boiled tulsi water.

Evening 3-5pm :  1 Cup Hot water Twice  (sip-sip pattern) 

Evening 6pm : An apple (Optional / if you feel hunger)

Around 6:30pm :- Take Blended Tomato Carrot soup

Or

Broccoli Soup

After 1 hour of soup Drink little water if needed

Dinner :- 1 Bowl of Mix Vegetables (Optional)

Prefer Lauki, Cabbage & green peas

You may avoid Dinner and can take milk only. 

At Night :- Take a glass of Lukewarm Milk having mild Stevia or honey.

For Best Results : Smile Whole Day & Say thanks to everything & everyone..

 Drink Water whole day morning to sunset in sitting posture

Use spices, fruits & Veges according to season & nature of your body

follow This plan once in a week or at least once after every Fourteen days.
