How to make Healthy Pan Pizza at Home ?

Everyone loves pizza. Even the thoughts of pizza give water in everyone mouth. Among the types of pizzas, pan pizza is likes by post of the people in the world. Today we will talk about how to prepare pan pizza at home.

TOTAL TIME :- 12 mins,  PREP 10 MINS & COOK 2 MINS

INGREDIENTS in Pan Pizza

  • 2 Slices of Brown Bread
  • ¼ cup Finely chopped onions (prefer green onions if you are weight watcher)
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Paste (optional)
  • 1 cup Finely Chopped Yellow, Red & Green Bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Fresh corn (if available)
  • 1 pinch of  Red Chili Flakes (Avoid in Acidity).
  • 2-3 spoon tomato sauce or pizza pasta sauce.
  • 14 cup mushroom
  • 10 small black olives (Optional)
  • 12 cup Fresh Cheese ( Avoid Mozzarella cheese that is not so healthy).
  • 1 pinch pizza seasoning, garam masala or 1 pinch oregano.
  • Also can use Cranberries, spinach leaves etc..
  • Oil :- Sesame oil / Olive oil / Butter

 

DIRECTIONS

First of all Heat some oil in pan and add all chopped vegetable in it & sauté for 2 min.

Now add garlic paste & spices. (let all vegetable semi-cooked – Do not over cook)

  1. Heat Non-stick pan or Traditional tawa on medium flame/heat and grease the pan with oil or butter
  2. Once the pan gets little hot place the bread slices on it.
  3. After 2 min let’s check the bread.
  4. Roast the bread from one side.
  5. Now apply / spread pizza pasta sauce or tomato sauce on roasted side of bread.
  6. Now spread Sauté Vegetable mixture / stuffing on the slices of breads.
  7. Top with fresh grated cheese and seasoning.
  8. Cover the Pan and let it cook for 4-5 min
  9. Now Bread Pizza is done.
  10. Serve this with some tomato ketchup or green chilly chutney
