LADDU KHAZOOR – RICH SOURCE OF PROTEIN – YOGIC RECIPE
Ingredients: – 150 grams of dates, dried coconut (Kaddukas) 25 grams, 30 grams of almonds, almond oil 25 ml, 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon, green cardamom (powder) 1/3 tsp, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, chia seeds (powder) 1 tbsp flax seed (powder) 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon dry ginger, black raisins 30 grams.
Please Note: – Having regard to cleanliness wear gloves.
Preparation: – First keep Khajoor seeds aside. Put the almonds crushed against a stone. Grind everything else too. Just leave the whole raisins.
1. Grind in a grinder to date now. Difficult to grind and mix a little almond oil.
2.Add almond oil in the paste of khazoor, also add coconut powder, almond powder, cinnamon powder, green cardamom powder, chia seed powder, flax seed powder, dry ginger and raisins mixed with flour and knead it.
3. Now make Laddu of 20-25 grams.
4. Dip in all Laddu in cocoa powder to make laddu ready.
5. Take 1-2 pc. every morning & evening in winters.
